With support from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) our proposal seeks to transform a disused Soviet era radio manufacturing factory into a vibrant mixed-use development featuring offices, retail and food & beverage. A strong emphasis on art, events and community this development will be activated with a series of attractions that are open to the public - permeable and accessible - with a large public park anchoring the front facade into the neighborhood. This pilot project is the first phase of what will be a long term adaptive reuse plan to revitalize the site and surrounding area.
