Stas Louca BA. Arch. (hons), Dip Arch UCL, ARBUK, RIBA, has over 30 years of international experience in the design and delivery of major complex projects with a particular focus on healthcare. As an award-winning architect he holds a B.A. (Hons) in Architecture from the University of Greenwich and a Diploma in Architecture from The Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London, UK.

Louca has worked in the UK, New Zealand, Africa, Australia and Singapore. He is now based in Dubai. Louca has held Senior Management Positions over the past 20 years including six years as Head of Architecture for AECOM Australasia and Operations Director and Healthcare Sector Leader for Perkins+Will, Middle East. 

With over two decades demonstrating a strong ability as a successful business leader with a proven record of accomplishment in project delivery, business development, business line strategy, operations, growth and financial performance, Louca brings a wealth of leadership and technical proficiency and extensive environmentally sustainable design knowledge, including modern methods of construction. He has worked successfully with both private and public sector clients.
